Keeps your memory foam topper in great shape!, October 11, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: BRAND NEW memory foam mattress cover LUXURY JACQUARD VELOUR ALL AROUND ZIPPERED COVER for 3" QUEEN Memory Foam Mattress Pad Topper I had a memory foam topper for years. I didn't use a cover on the first one I had and it became ripped, shredded, etc. with use. When I purchased a new one, I also got this cover. It made a huge difference to the life of the topper. In fact, it was in such great shape that I passed it on to my daughter and her husband when I got a new bed.

ONE WORD OF WARNING: You have to be careful when you close the zipper. It's very long, and putting a somewhat bulky foam topper inside can be tricky. At one point, the zipper got stuck -- towards the very end. I couldn't get it to move forward or backward, and it was very frustrating. I thought I'd have to get a replacement, but I wasn't even sure how I was going to get this one off. I contacted the seller -- memoryfoammattressesandpillows -- and they were absolutely great to deal with. They sent out a replacement immediately. And then, in an attempt to simply remove the first cover, so I could put on the replacement cover when it arrived, I was finally able to free up the zipper and then re-zip it properly. When I contacted memoryfoammattressesandpillows to let them know that the original cover was fine, they said I could keep it along with the one they'd just sent out.
